Synopsis

The video shows diversity of noodles culture in Thailand and Vietnam that has adapted or re-invented culture from Chinese cuisine to their own style in different way and sites.

The story shapes the identities of the Thai and Vietnamese noodle culture that shares many differences and similarities in how noodles originate, are created and become our authentic food. In a bowl of noodles, Thai culture went to Vietnam where the Vietnamese recognize and influence as well as learns and imagine about Thai cultural origins, and vice versa.
